StrayLight Has Two Virtual Reality Promotions at AAFP 2000,
American Association of Family Practitioners

Doctors Experienced Fantastic Voyages
for Zantac75 and Accupril

Warren, New Jersey, USA, December 8, 2000 - StrayLight is proud to announce multiple Virtual Reality installations at the American Academy of Family Practitioners, AAFP 2000 show, in Dallas, Texas. StrayLight's Virtual Reality (VR) games were a featured attraction for Pfizer, Inc. in two separate product booths, Zantac75 and Accupril. For both brands, StrayLight developed a custom Virtual Reality game, which takes players through the bloodstream to experience, on a molecular level, how each drug works.

Players in the Zantac75 booth were challenged to become the Receptor Commander and be responsible for suppressing the forces of gastric acidity in "Fantastic Voyage". This VR promotion has been extremely successful for Warner Lambert / Pfizer over the past year and has been featured at multiple tradeshows and internal events, such as Digestive Disease Week, San Diego, CA and National Community of Pharmacists Association, Las Vegas, NV.

The Accupril Virtual Reality experience, "Vessel Command", exceeded everyone's expectations at its debut in June at the American Diabetes Association show in San Antonio, Texas. Attendees were so anxious to play the VR game that the lines were often 30 people deep, and the VR created a huge 'buzz' on the show floor as the 'must-see booth'. The promotion was also featured at the National Medical Association show in Washington D.C.  "Vessel Command" is an engaging POV (point-of-view) game illustrating the pharmacology of Accupril, a hypertension medication.
